CODE Black is a nonprofit organization developing a diverse community that is inclusive, informative, engaging, and a safe space for people interested in technology alongside experienced professionals. In this community, we facilitate training opportunities to expose participants to many technologies with the associated careers available to improve their quality of life.

David Pollock, MA
Founder & CEO
David Pollock is a husband, father, and business owner whose goal is to help current and future Black and Brown technologists collaborate and innovate in order to grow both personally and professionally. David obtained his master’s in Organizational Leadership from Bellevue University and has certifications in IBM Cognitive Analytics (Chatbot) and Grow with Google (app development).
Before starting CODE Black, David worked in social work and as a college success advisor. After a successful career in coaching, mentoring, and developing programs, David now leads a community for people of color in technology to impact the very community that they live in.
David is available for youth and community networking
