Introduction to Information Technology

The course is delivered through joint instruction from Code Black community members and Metropolitan Community College Department of Information Technology faculty members. Students enrolled in this course will build their confidence in a low-risk environment, develop a broader understanding of IT and help aspiring I.T. professionals decide if a career in IT is right for them. Class sessions will take place once a week, with meetings consisting of in-person and virtual lectures and labs.
Students who successfully complete this Non-credit course can test for the CompTIA, IT Fundamentals (ITF+) certification.
